After spending several weeks researching different SUVs, comparing prices, and visiting multiple dealerships around the Naperville suburbs, I finally purchased my 2026 Mazda CX-90 from Napleton Palatine Mazda. Even though I live in Naperville, I gladly drove nearly an hour because of the exceptional experience I had with this dealership—and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived, Maryna made us feel welcome. She came outside to greet my dad and me, took the time to sit down and understand exactly what I was looking for, and never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase. That immediately set this dealership apart from several others I had visited, where the focus seemed to be on closing a sale rather than understanding the customer's needs. Throughout the process, Maryna was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable.
